Why we started this
Car owners shouldn't have to take a repair shop's word for it. The shop decides what's wrong, sets the price and does the work — and the person paying has no way to check any of it. That imbalance is the whole problem.
So we built something simple: we stand between you and the shop. We ask the questions you'd ask if you knew what to ask, we check the price against what the work really costs, and we say no to anything your car doesn't need. You decide everything.
