By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. What we do

After this period, our standard pricing will apply: $59 per individual case, or $179 per year for CarRect Membership, which covers one repair case per month (up to 12 cases per year) in the United States.

All payments will be processed securely through Stripe. No payment details are required during the beta testing period.

7. Refund policy

If the repair shop refuses to communicate with CarRect and we are unable to assist you as a result, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@carrect.io within 14 days of your case being closed.
